In these groups you will learn the do’s and don’ts of using narrative as a way of healing.  Psychotherapist, author, and graduate of the Program in Narrative Medicine at Columbia University, Mary will guide you in a safe and supportive environment to provide you with tools for health and resilience.

1)  Health/Mental Health Professionals:  In this narrative medicine seminar, you will gain skills in close reading and reflective writing to improve work satisfaction, reduce stress and gain insight.  No writing experience necessary!

2)  Change Your Story, Change Your Life:  Learn how to use the transformative power of story to make positive, lasting changes in your life.  No matter what the issue, develop clarity, purpose and direction.  No writing experience necessary!
